INTRODUCTION

Water – Borne Polyurethane General Industrial Metal Coatings:-
Over the past 5 -10 years, water borne coatings technology has been gaining momentum and market share in the global coating industry, particularly in Europe and North America regions. In Asia, As well as in China government and general public’s concern for the environment has also dramatically increased. So for that we have develop water-borne coatings for general industrial applications to replace traditional solvent-borne coatings. Handa material Swiss 666 is the leader in this relatively new technology and offers many products suitable for general industrial metal coatings, e.g. vehicles parts such as drive shafts, shock absorbers, transformers, ACE (Agriculture, Construction & Earth moving) Equipments.

Key features & Benefits for 2K water- borne polyurethane coatings one component water-borne coating often do not meet all requirement in terms of chemical/solvent resistance and mechanical properties. This can be achieved by two component water-bone polyurethane coatings. Acrylic /Aliphatic system- Weather / UV stable. Water- borne system –Low VOC / environmentally friendly.
Polyurethane coatings on steel structure gives Hard but flexible (even at low temperature ). 2K system –Excellent solvent /Chemical resistance. Good performance –Replace solvent –borne 2K polyurethane coatings
Suitable Applications area.
