METHOD OF APPLICATION

 
1.   On bare surface:- The surfaces are cleaned, roughened, using 00 emery paper to make it free from cement laitance followed by application of Acrylic putty followed by rubbing & if required another coat of putty & making it smooth. On the above surface acrylic primer is applied & allowed to cure form min. 6-8 hrs.
2.   Over the above 1, 2 or 3 coats of 2K Water Borne Polyurethane Anti Graphitic Coating for Wall & Floors shall be applied.
3.   The thickness for the 1st coat shall be approx. 25 – 30 micron and further coats shall be 20 ± 5 micron. The total thickness for 3 coats shall be 60 ± 5 microns & the total material requirement shall be approx. 300 Gms for 3 coats per sq. mt.
 
RECOMMENDED SYSTEM


FOR WALLS
Surface Requirement: Should be hard, uniform & smooth. If require water soluble acrylic putty can be used for surface preparation on the wall.
 
1.   Primer - 1K WB Swiss 555A / 2K WB Epoxy
2.   Primer for 2K Epoxy systems.
3.   Putty – 551 WB Swiss make / Epoxy Putty (if required).
4.   Top Coat – 2K WB Polyurethane Swiss 555
If required for floor, PU self-leveling or Epoxy floor or over PU Single pack moisture cured Primer, PU Screed Solvent, and PU Self Leveling.
